New forms will be used to file personal and corporate income tax returns. The forms are available at the Financial Administration portal at Sample Forms. Instructions for completing them were published on 27 October 2015 and are available at the Ministry of Finance website
Forms for filing value added tax returns, control reports, recapitulative statements, road tax returns, annual tax reconciliation and statement of aggregate employment income provided by each employer are unchanged for 2016. Annual account statement forms for businesses using single-entry accounting also remain unchanged. The Ministry of Finance is also changing the form for summarising advances withheld and paid for the 2016 tax period.
